↩ 30-Day Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Item Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In their original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
📦 Return Shipping
Customers may return items using their preferred shipping carrier, or we can provide a prepaid return label for only $10, which will be deducted from the refund.
🔁 Free Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge for eligible size exchanges.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Policy
Items returned in used, altered, or non-original condition may receive a partial refund, or the return may be declined and sent back to you.
We do not currently offer Final Sale or Clearance items. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
✂ Alterations
Our suits arrive with unhemmed pants, giving you flexibility for a great fit right out of the box. The waist can usually be adjusted several inches by a local tailor. Sleeves and jackets can also be tailored by a local tailor of your choice.
Professional alterations are common with men's formalwear and are often the final step in achieving the best possible fit.
We recommend trying on your garment before having any alterations done. Please note that altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
