Fit & Sizing

Modern Fit offers more room through the chest, waist and shoulders than Slim Fit: a traditional silhouette built for all-day wear.

Jacket size is based on your chest measurement. Pants are paired using Drop 6 — the waist is always 6 inches smaller than the jacket size, so a 44 jacket comes with a 38 waist.

Jacket lengths go by height: Short fits best from about 5’4″ to 5’7″, Regular from about 5’7″ to 6’1″, and Long from about 6’1″ and above. These are general guidelines — near a boundary, choose the length that has fit you best before. Between two jacket sizes, size up; a tailor can take a jacket in far more easily than let it out.

Pants arrive unhemmed at a standard 37-inch inseam so your tailor can finish them to your exact length. The waist can typically be taken in by approximately 2 to 4 inches, or let out by approximately 2 to 3 inches. Sleeves can be shortened as needed, or let out by approximately 2 inches.

Please try everything on before any tailoring begins — once altered, the garment cannot be returned or exchanged.

Construction

Smooth blended suiting fabric with a fully lined interior. Jacket: two-button front, classic notch lapel, side vents, interior pick stitching and French facing, multiple interior pockets for phone, wallet and pen, underarm sweat guards and armhole stretch. Pants: flat front, zip fly with extended button closure, two front and two buttoned back pockets, lined to the knee. Vest: six-button front with two functional pockets. Dry clean recommended.

Shipping & Returns

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day; orders placed after carrier pickup, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Typical delivery is approximately 2–5 business days, with tracking emailed once your order ships. Free ground shipping on all orders over $100; orders under $100 ship for a flat $5.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn, unaltered items in original condition with tags attached. Return with your own carrier, or use our prepaid label for $10, deducted from your refund. For size exchanges, we provide the prepaid return label at no charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
